Baden Sports offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
Try it for 30 days and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to items purchased on badensports.com. We cannot accept returns from items purchased elsewhere. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy does not apply to custom or personalized products. If you return items that were part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling on all return orders*. Refunds will be issued in the same form the product was originally purchased. * As stated above customers are responsible for shipping and handling on all return orders. Baden Sports can, and will, provide a shipping label for a reduced refund and can be requested through their confirmation email or by emailing claims2@badensports.com.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect item please let us know we want to make it right! Email claims2@badensports.com and our claims department will follow-up within 1-2 business days. The correct product will be shipped out once returning product has been scanned and is in transit back to Baden Sports.
